Important information regarding disbursement requests and reports

In January 2015, the Fritt Ord Foundation introduced a new portal for the submission of applications, disbursement requests and reports. In that regard, returning applicants must re-register using the option "New user" on the portal page.

Re-registration does not apply to applicants granted support during the period 2011–2014. They should select "Forgot password?" to receive a new password. This allows access to their new profile page. 

If your account in the submission portal is from before Janaury 2015, you will experience problems with submitting reports or disbursement request via the portal. You will therefore have to send an email to rapport@fritt-ord.no or utbetaling@fritt-ord.no. Please remember to include the name and address of the grant recipient, project title, reference number and size of grant. Include supporting documents if this has been requested in previous correspondence.
