Guidelines for Applicants

Deadlines and General Information

In spring 2012, applications must be submitted by January 3 to be discussed in February, by February 10 to be discussed in March/April, March 23 to be discussed in May, and May 11 to be discussed in June/July.

In fall 2012, applications must be submitted by July 31 to be discussed in September, September 14 to be discussed in October/November, and November 2 to be discussed in December.

An English version of Fritt Ord's application form is not available yet. Applications with attachments can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

It is recommended that applications for projects include:

• A clear concise description of the project;
• A budget over project expenses
• A funding plan indicating self-financing, the project's anticipated revenues, other support that has been pledged, and other applications that are still pending
• Specification of the amount being applied for
• Specification of the project's duration
• Information on the qualifications of those participating in the project
• References and reviews, if any

You may also submit a copy of a DVD, book manuscript, or the like by ordinary mail, but please note that such enclosures will not be returned.

Applicants will be notified of decisions promptly.
