Ida’s Diary at IDFA - International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam

The documentary film Ida’s Diary will have its world premiere at IDFA, where the film has been chosen to participate in the IDFA Competition for Mid-Length Documentaries.

"Ida started hurting herself when she was 10 years old. Today, she is in her late 20s and has experienced several painful years of being tossed around the mental health system like a hot potato. Using her own camera, she has captured her intense experiences in a video diary. A film about being young and living with mental problems. A film of hope."

August Baugstø Hanssen is the director, and India Film is the producer. The Fritt Ord Foundation has provided a total of NOK 500 000 in support for the film.
